   Use the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Show how you think, not just what you did.

2. Match the job description.
   The software is scanning for language that reflects what the company is asking for. Mirror their words when it makes sense.

3. Stay calm under pressure.
   You won’t get the questions in advance. Practice answering common prompts with a time limit — it helps.

4. Follow up and reapply.
   Didn’t get the job? That’s not the end. Sometimes reapplying — especially with stronger answers or a better resume — really works.
