I am excited to partner with you on your career journey! At pathway coaching space, my goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and momentum through tailored career coaching, resume building, and LinkedIn optimization. This agreement outlines our collaboration, enabling us to work effectively together.

1. Getting Started: Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation

Before we begin, I’ll schedule a 30-minute informational session to discuss your career goals, challenges, and how I can support you. This is a no-pressure conversation to ensure we’re a good fit. If you decide to proceed, you’ll receive this agreement outlining the services you have selected.

2. Coaching & Services Offered

You can choose from the following services:

🔵 Career Coaching - $100/hour | $75/hour referral rate

• Personalized coaching sessions focused on career strategy, job searching, interview prep, and professional growth.

• It can include a CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder) Assessment discussion to help identify and leverage your strengths. (Assessment and cost is completed with Gallup)

• Sessions are structured to ensure clarity and provide actionable next steps.

Referral Pricing - Many clients come through referrals. If you were referred by someone I’ve worked with or a community partner, let me know when we connect, and I’ll apply the referral rate.

🔵 Resume & LinkedIn Review - $80 | $60 referral rate

• Written feedback on your resume and/or LinkedIn

• Clear notes on what’s working and what’s not

• Practical suggestions you can act on right away

🔵 Resume & Story Coaching (4 session package +) - $500 | $450 referral rate

• Resume and LinkedIn coaching

• Help clarifying and shaping your story

• Language you can reuse in applications and interviews

3. Payment & Scheduling

• Payments are due via Zelle or Venmo before the start of services.

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance, and cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Expectations & Commitment

• What You Can Expect from Me:  A structured, supportive, and professional approach tailored to your needs. I will provide expert feedback, clear communication, and timely turnaround on all deliverables.

• What I Expect from You: I want you to know that I am committed to the process, active engagement in sessions, and providing timely feedback to ensure we achieve the best results together.

5. Confidentiality & Professionalism

• All coaching sessions and document reviews are confidential. Your personal information and career details will not be shared.
