I bring over 40 years of experience across financial services, technology, retail, and food and beverage. Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats. Manager. Visual designer. Retail store owner. Consultant. People leader. Mentor. Mom.
I’ve also navigated layoffs, firings, reinventions, and that familiar question: What’s next?
Those experiences shape how I coach. I bring empathy, real-world perspective, and practical support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute (ICF-accredited), adding structure and tools to the work I’ve been doing for years.
